About Us

The Randal Charitable Foundation was founded by Dr Nik Kotecha OBE and Moni Kotecha with a clear unwavering vision, which is to directly save lives, help the socially disadvantaged and significantly improve the quality of life for those in need in the UK and around the world.

The Trustees’ aspiration is to provide grant funding to save and improve the quality of life of over 1 million people globally, with a particular focus on; Health, Mental Health, PovertySocial Disadvantage, Addiction, Disability and Education. The Foundation’s priority is to support those charitable causes, which require financial help to support their service users, but may not have the resources available compared to the larger charitable organisations.

Dr Nik Kotecha OBE is a successful entrepreneur and immensely proud to have been able to establish the Randal Charitable Foundation, which the Kotecha family provides significant funding towards. For more information on the Founders and Trustees please visit the Governance section.

The Founders have undertaken to cover all operating costs for the Foundation. This approach ensures that 100% of all additional donations received from other donors will go directly to charities/ causes which are working to achieve the above outcomes.

The Randal Charitable Foundation is open to hear from causes which require smaller grants (<£3,000), as well as for large scale funding. Applicants should ensure that their application clearly provides an evidence based proposal for the grant required and shows the cost effectiveness of the project.

For individuals or organisations who may wish to support or make a donation to the Randal Charitable Foundation please email: Grants@randalfoundation.org.uk
